Cocoa and Espresso Rub (crust)
20 gr – cocoa
20 gr – espresso
2 gr – cumin, whole
1 gr – cumin ground
1 gr – oregano, dried
1 gr – thyme, dried
¼ tsp – cayenne
¼ tsp – cinnamon
Procedure:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix to combine. Store in an air tight container.
